What’s the deal with Spark broadband?

While Spark's broadband plans sit at the expensive end of the market, for $12 extra per month its Fibre Plans with Benefits, or $8 for wireless, offer great value, once you factor in the cost of a monthly subscription to Netflix and McAfee Security Standard. However, they are only a great deal if you would otherwise subscribe to those services.
