Now is a home-grown company that has come a long way since its establishment nearly 20 years ago, as a rural provider in Hawke's Bay. Since then, it has grown into a nationwide company with offices across the country.

  • Ultra Unlimited: $114/m – 900/500Mbps

Extras:

  • Plans come with access to the great Now Assist app that provides clear prompts to help fix common internet problems. It also links through to Now’s support team, should you need one-on-one assistance with your home broadband.
  • Whole home wi-fi router kits for coverage in large or multi-level homes: $120, $240 & $360. Pay off over 12 or 24 months.

What's the deal with NOW broadband?

While NOW's broadband plans are in line with offerings from other telcos, NOW excels in its focus on and commitment to customer service. It also offers a range of home phone services, including:

  • Home phone line: $10/month
  • Smart service bundle (voicemail, caller id, call divert): $5/month
  • Variety of calling packs
