Canstar's Most Satisfied Customers Business Courier Services Award reveals the courier brand that delivers the best consumer satisfaction to its business customers.
We ask Kiwi business owners to rate their satisfaction with their choice of courier by Overall Satisfaction, as well as important criteria such as Booking Process, Problem Resolution, Reliability, Tracking Services and Value for Money.

The best business courier service in NZ
The brands rated are listed below in order of best overall satisfaction.
1. New Zealand Couriers

This is the third year in a row that New Zealand Couriers has earned Canstar's Most Satisfied Customers Small Business Courier Services Award, and it does so with a great set of 5- and 4-Star ratings from its customers across all our award categories.
New Zealand Couriers is the only courier service to earn a top 5-Star rating for Overall Satisfaction. And it's a score it achieves in a further four categories, including Reliability, Booking Process and Pick-up & Drop-off. Across all other categories, it earns great 4-Star ratings.
New Zealand Couriers has a 50-year history in NZ and is part of the Freightways group. In addition to its award-winning domestic and international delivery services, it offers a wide range of other small business products, including ecommerce shipping, supply chain integration and custom-fit courier services.
2. NZ Post
State-owned NZ Post delivers domestically and overseas and offers services such as "photo on delivery", which provides higher security and visibility for clients and customers. It also has a range of small business ecommerce tools and solutions.
3. Aramex
Aramex is a global delivery company that offers international and domestic delivery services in NZ. Through its aramexConnect online portal it provides small businesses with the tech tools needed to help streamline their logistics requirements.

DHL is an international delivery and logistics company that is based in Germany. For its NZ business customers it offers tailored domestic and international courier services, great customer service and competitive pricing.
Post Haste
Post Haste is part of the Freightways group of companies that also includes New Zealand Couriers, DX Mail, SUB60 and Pass the Parcel.
As an individual brand, Post Haste has 16 branches nationwide and 330 couriers, servicing 360 towns and cities. Its comprehensive network means it can deliver to all parts of the country within 24 hours.
Choosing the right courier service for your business
Across all our Canstar Customer Satisfaction awards, one quality stands out when consumers are asked to rate what's important to them when it comes to the brands they choose: Value for Money.
However, in our latest Small Business Courier Services Award research, it's interesting to note that Value for Money is one of the least important factors, only cited as the No.1 concern by 12% of respondents.
By far the biggest driver of satisfaction is Reliability, the top ranking factor for almost a third (28%) of those in our survey.
These results are an indication that pricing options are quite standard across different couriers. However, all small business owners need to be confident that what they send on a courier arrives at its destination promptly and without complication.
