Canstar's Most Satisfied Customers Business Telecommunications Award reveals the telco that delivers the best consumer satisfaction to its business customers.

We ask Kiwi business owner to rate their satisfaction with their choice of telecommunications provider by Overall Satisfaction, as well as important criteria such as Customer Service, Flexibility of Contract, Network Performance and Value for Money.

The best business teleco provider in NZ

The brands rated are listed below in order of best overall satisfaction.

1. One NZ

One NZ logo

This is the first time that One NZ has won our Business Telco Award, and it does so with a great set of scores from its customers. It's the only telco to earn a top 5-Star rating for Overall Satisfaction and it's a rating One NZ achieves across a further three categories: Billing, Flexibility of Contract and Network Performance.

One NZ has plans to keep businesses connected whatever their size:

One NZ's range of business mobile plans include:

Endless Plans (1-4 employees):
