Choosing the best bottled gas supplier

Value is always a key consideration for the consumers in our ratings, across all our awards. And when it comes to bottled gas customers, it's no different.

Nearly half (41%) of those in our survey cite Value for Money as their No.1 concern when rating their choice of bottled gas supplier.

And if you rely on bottled gas to heat and power your home, it's essential that your supplier is reliable – delivering on time, every time.

Therefore it's no surprise to discover that Customer Service is also important to our gas customers, cited as the key driver of satisfaction by almost a third (29%) of respondents.

Here's the full rundown of what the consumers in our survey say are the main things they consider when rating their bottled gas suppliers:

  • Value for Money: 42%
