AMI offers home, contents and home & contents insurance packages for landlords. AMI’s Landlord’s Home & Contents covers:

• Abandoned possessions removal, up to $10,000
• Lost rent cover, up to $30,000
• Replacement/repair of damaged or stolen chattels
• Total replacement after fire (conditions apply)
